Check your application status on-line! To view the real-time progress of your file, log-in to your OTCAS application and select the MANAGE MY PROGRAMS menu option on the left of your main Dashboard. From there, click on PROGRAM STATUS to view the status of your application and application materials.

Please do not call or email OTCAS until you have read the instructions, checked your status on-line, reviewed your email account for any OTCAS messages, and read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section.

Note: OTCAS processing may take up to four weeks after your application, transcripts, and fee are received.

If you still have questions, contact OTCAS staff. Provide your OTCAS ID Number and name in all communication. Allow up to 3 business days for OTCAS to respond to your inquiry.

OTCAS will only discuss an application with the applicant and the applicant’s designated occupational therapy schools. Staff will not discuss an application with a parent, spouse, relative, friend, or employer.
