NOTE: To edit any of this information after you have created your account, visit the “My Profile” section of your application by clicking the arrow next to your name at the top of the page.

Your Name:

Provide your title, first name, middle initial, last name and suffix.  You may also indicate a display name, such as a nickname or preferred first name to be used throughout your application.

Contact Information:

Provide an e-mail address and phone number which you would like OTCAS to use for communication with you, as well as the type of e-mail address and phone number it is (home, work, or school).  Please make sure the e-mail address provided is one that you will have access to, as important messages from OTCAS and the occupational therapy schools and colleges to which you are applying will be sent here.

Username and Password:

Create your log on information, making sure your username is at least 6 characters long, and your password is at least 8 characters and contains both letters and numbers or special characters.

Program Selection

Once you have created an account, you must select at least one occupational therapy school or college to which you will be applying.  It is best to add all programs you are applying to at this point.  You can always add more programs later on, or remove a program prior to submission of the application if you opt not to apply to this program.  Once you have added one or more programs to which you are applying, you will need to review the list of designations schools and colleges, and then advance to the application.

Browser Support:

OTCAS supports the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari. The application uses Cookies, JavaScript and Pop-up windows, so please be sure all are enabled within your browser. (The default setting is “on” so it is unlikely that you will need to make any changes.)

Browser vendors recommend users stay up to date on the latest version of the browsers and we recommend the same for the optimal application experience. If you experience an issue, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
