OTCAS APPLICATION FEE

The fee for using OTCAS application is based on a graduated scale that varies according to the number of institutions you designate to receive your OTCAS application. Your application will not be processed until your payment is received. OTCAS application fees are non-refundable. OTCAS does not issue refunds for withdrawn applications or missed deadlines.

You MUST pay the OTCAS application fee on-line by credit card for your application. OTCAS accepts VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards ONLY.

OTCAS will not accept cash or check payments.

Refunds

OTCAS application fees are non-refundable. OTCAS does not issue refunds for withdrawn applications or missed deadlines.

Disputes/Charge Backs

OTCAS will assess a service charge of $25.00 for credit card charge backs. You will be instructed to pay the application fee and service charge by money order within 10-business days. If you do not comply, OTCAS will stop the processing of your application and notify your designated OT programs.

Supplemental Application Fees

DO NOT SEND SUPPLEMENTAL FEES TO OTCAS. In addition to the OTCAS application fee, OT programs may require you to send a supplemental fee directly to the institution. Supplemental fees may be requested by the OT program, graduate admissions office, and/or the university. The supplemental application fee deadline may be the same as the OTCAS deadline, or at a later date. Contact the institution directly to obtain supplemental application fee instructions.
