Verifying Occupational Therapy Observation Hours

Some programs may need applicants to have their observation hours verified by the occupational therapist shadowed. Please navigate to the ‘Documents’ tab of the Supporting Information section to upload any documents that you may need to verify your observation hours. Check with your occupational therapy programs to determine their requirements for the verification of your observation hours. OTCAS will NOT determine if you meet the minimum observation hours requirements for your designated OT programs.
